Your health data belongs to you. This page collects the choices you have over it in one place. The full details are in our Privacy Policy.

What Nuppi collects

• Account details - the email or sign-in method (Apple, Google or email) you use to sign up, and your chosen username.
• Your logs - food, water, weight, workouts and activity, supplements, sleep, mood, energy, skin, digestion, cycle and progress photos, plus how you enter them (voice, photo, text or barcode).
• Coaching conversations - voice sessions and chat messages.
• Apple Health data (iOS only) - steps, sleep, weight and workouts you choose to sync.
• Device and diagnostic data - app version, device type and crash logs.

We do not sell your personal data or share it for advertising.

Export your data

You can request a complete copy of your data from inside the app at any time. If you need help with an export, email privacy@nuppi.app.

Delete your account and data

You can delete your account in the app, and all of your data goes with it, including backups on their normal rotation. If you cannot access the app, email privacy@nuppi.app and we will handle the deletion for you.

Apple Health

You can disconnect Apple Health sync at any time in iOS Settings. Deleting data on one side removes it on the other.

Notifications and nudges

You can mute any nudge category by voice or in settings, and reminders respect your quiet hours.

Voice and AI processing

Voice logs and coaching replies are processed by our AI providers to transcribe, understand and respond. They don't keep your data to train their models.
